​I've been a journalist for more than 20 years, working on local and national press for some of Britain's best-known newspapers and magazines.

 

I'm now a freelance writer, consumer expert and media specialist.

 

My work can be seen regularly in best-selling magazines such as Good Housekeeping and Prima, as well as newspapers including the Daily Telegraph, Daily Mirror,  Daily Mail and The Sun, where I write a weekly consumer column as the paper's Readers' Champion.

I have helped to write three mental health books and also share my expertise with companies, charities and individuals looking to boost their profile or work more closely with the media.
